We have a double room available in a 5 bed shared house in the South Bank area of York. The house is about 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre and train station. It has 2 bathrooms plus one en suite, a large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen and a large garden. Parking is avilable on street and there are amenities near by.
We are a group of young professionals who work hard through the week but make the most of the weekends. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and are looking for a similar minded person to join our home.
