Hello,
I am looking to move out from this modern, spacious and well maintained house so need someone to take my place.
The room is very functional with desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed.
The house also has a large kitchen/diner, living room, two shared bathrooms and a back garden with sheltered bike storage.
The house is ideally located for students of the University of York, especially those on Heslington East Campus. The house is just round the corner from a number 6 bus stop which operates frequently to the city centre and campus.
I would prefer to be contacted via text or email. All house viewings will have to take place in the evenings - 6pm-9pm.
