My circumstances have changed which means I am working away permanently. It means you have the run of the property 24/7 throughout your lodger agreement

Why so cheap? By advertising for a lodger it still gives me the flexibility to return for a day or two to visit family in York. I may only return one weekend per month or even less which means the entire space is yours in the meantime, So it's perfect for someone who may want to live on their own but cant quite afford a property on the letting market.

The property itself is a 4 bed terraced, located on a quiet street where off street parking is always available and free. Its 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the centre of town. local shops, takeaways, pubs and a nice park are a 2 minute walk at the end of the street.

Assuming you would like the largest room available, it is fully furnished with double bed, two large wardrobes, dressing table etc. access to all other rooms (apart from mine) is obviously also included. All kitchen utilities are available

The entire house is yours for rent which will be charged at £650 ALL BILLS INC!! (Fair use).

Since you will be the single occupier of the property, I am looking for someone who is responsible, clean and tidy.
