Decent single room in friendly house - bills incl.

We are the new owners of a lovely semi in Clifton. It's about 25 minutes' walk from the city centre and ideal for York St. John uni or the hospital. Cycle routes are good in the area and we use the orbital route to get to Foss Islands for shopping on a regular basis.

The house is a semi-detached property with a good front and back garden. The room is furnished, you have a desk to work at and shared use of all facilities. There is a driveway we don't use for your car if you have one, and a shed which is secure bike storage. You are welcome to use the kitchen (you'll have your own shelf in the fridge and cupboard space for your stuff) and bathroom (bath with shower over) and our living room.

In the immediate neighbourhood there is a Sainsbury's Local for groceries and a good Chinese place, as well as a mini high street of shops.

Most bills (CT, utilities, internet) are included in the rental rate, except the phone which we only have for internet and very rarely use ourselves.

We'd ideally like someone who will rent in the medium-to-long term, but if you need somewhere to stay for a week or two, rates are £100pw.
