Double room to let in Victorian mid terrace house. Great Bootham location, ten minutes from train station and centre of town.

Fairly standard house of this type but does include a small courtyard area, separate dining and living room and a drying room/sunroom.

Sharing with three professional women in their 20's, we've quite mixed interests but all like to keep busy with different things. We're not in the house all the time but do like to catch up over a cup of tea or cider/wine when we're about.

We're not noise police but do like to sleep at night, so if you think that would be a problem then don't get in touch.

Male applicants preferred to balance the gender equilibrium! (But will consider everyone on their own merits)
