Easygoing house mates wanted for relaxing house sh

I currently have a room available at my house which I am looking to occupy with easy going housemates, preferably young professional but all offers will be considered.

The property itself is on a quiet cul-de-sac just off crighton avenue with on street parking available. The house has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, recently refurbished bathroom and medium sized garden with conservatory.

Room two is a sizeable loft conversion with a provided bed and storage in the loft sides.

Although I also live in the property as a landlord my job hours mean that I actually spend very little time at the house apart from sleeping.

I am very easy going with regards to sharing the house and am a firm believer that your space should be your own so am perfectly happy for rooms to be decorated etc...

With this in mind when contacting please do so before 6pm Wednesday through Saturday or any time Sunday to Tuesday.
