A double room is available in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. You will be sharing the house with a friendly professional in their mid 20's, so looking for a professional working housemates or a mature student.

This modern light and well proportioned house is located less than 10 minutes walk to the railway station and town centre and comes with all the mod cons including a dishwasher, wash-machine/dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also allocated parking and a shared garden.

The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk with regular bus service: bus numbers 2, 5, 19, 30 & 31.

The house is on two floors, with a toilet, kitchen and lounge on ground floor. Upstairs is two bedrooms and toilet with bath & shower.

The bedroom for rent has fitted wardrobes and a study table but needs a bed.

Bills are included: Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water & WIFI.

Please note that this is a no smoking house, but there is a patio outside to smoke in if you are a smoker.
