Ground floor double room in terraced house

I'm moving out of my shared house and need to find somebody to replace me.

The room is a large double, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and large desk with chair and shelves. It is locate don the ground floor of the property.

The shared kitchen, front room and bathroom facilities are shared between just three people, yourself and two other tenants. They are 4th year Masters students so are not likely to go out every weekend and disrupt you. Both are very friendly and fun.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as a washing machine. The front room has extra storage space, leather sofas and a small TV. The bathroom has shower over bath facilities.

The price is £350 pcm including all bills and broadband. There is on street parking available on the road as well as a patio area in the back with outhouses perfect for storing bikes.

I'm moving in with my boyfriend, so I need to find a tenant before the new year to move in from January.
