Gorgeous Flat in Great Location

I have a beautiful two bedroom apartment, with one lovely double bedroom available, sharing with just myself. With a big gorgeous bathroom and a stylish kitchen/living room at the top of a well maintained building (we have skylights!) this flat is a fabulous and unique place to live. There is a friendly little fella called Tiberius who currently lives in his vivarium in the living room - he's a bearded dragon, very friendly and sweet, but if you are uncomfortable with him he can move to my room easily enough.

The bills include internet, gas, electricity, council tax, parking and building maintenance. The neighbourhood is very nice and has good access to town with several bus routes, and an easy 20 minute walk in to the centre.

As for me I'm a laid back easy going young professional originally from Canada. I love cooking and music and can admit to being a bit of a geek. I enjoy a good natter over a cup of tea, but am also comfortable keeping to myself. I'm looking for someone of a similar disposition (male or female) who just wants a comfortable and relaxed place to live.
