Double Room In Friendly House

Hi, I'm Sarah and I own a house with my friend Amy. We have a spare room we are looking to rent out. The room is available around the start of september. The room is a really good size double with a large en-suite. The property is a modern 3 storey town house and recently decorated.

The room is furnished with a double bed and built in large wardrobes with shelving.

As we are live in landlords the rest of the house is fully furnished and there is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We also have wireless broadband and sky+. All bills including the Internet and sky are included in the £495 per month.

We both work Monday-friday so weeknights are pretty quiet. Weekends are often a bit more up beat. We love a good cocktail and a dance in town or a trip to the cinema (vue is a 5 min walk away). We're looking for someone to fit in with us and someone we can become friends with and really welcome into our home.

Other mid-late 20's professionals would be preferable but as long as you are friendly, respectful and fairly tidy then it you'll be alright with us :)
