Double room to rent in student house near York St John University!

Hello,

I have a double room to rent in a large terraced house close to York St John University. The house has five double bedrooms, a huge kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms.

The house is close to amenities such as a Sainsburys Local and various takeaways/shops/hairdressers. The property is a 15 minute walk from the university and the town centre!

You will be sharing with four second year students who are all lovely, quiet and friendly. The bills are shared between the house and are roughly:
£20 each per month for gas/electric
£3 each per month for internet

The water bill has been paid up until March already so you won't have to pay anything for water until the end of March!

The bedroom consists of a double bed, clothes rail, a bedside table and a brilliant desk with shelving on top for storage - very useful! There is also a wardrobe on the landing for you to use if you should wish to.
