Room For Rent In City Centre
Hello,
We have a single room to rent in a very clean, quiet house located in haxby road. Existing tenants are profestional couple (husband and wife). We are very friendly and had no issues with the previous tenant (can provide her number to ask about the house and people). We prefer a non smoking tenant. The tenant should be a quiet person.
The house
tenant will be provided with all furniture (wardrobe, double bed, mirror, bed side table) also we have a seperate study room(double bed room) that tenant can use at any time for her studies. Parking available (need to get permit your self). Very quiet environment.
