... in a gorgeous, spacious Victorian terrace house to share with three others. For some unknown reason this lovely house is pretty cheap compared to most in York. Two of the current tennants are moving out - and the remaining room is available 1st March. Kelly (33) and Jade (22) will be staying on, we are professionals who work in Harrogate and enjoy living in this friendly house close to the town centre. There will be 4 of us in total.
The house is really well equipped, with a big shared bathroom and kitchen. The back yard is great in the summer and the living room is a lovely sociable space with sofas to lounge on.
