Peaceful location on outskirts of town

My house is in Murton, 3miles from city centre, so close enough for access but a more rural quieter location. Would be beneficial if you had a car or bike. There is on street parking.

I have a dog called Pablo, who is very sweet natured and friendly. You will need to be ok with dogs to live here.

Good location for York uni. Less than ten mins in the car, or 15 mins on bike, 40 mins walk to Heslington East campus.

Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. It's a semi detached bungalow with front and back gardens. Quiet setting.

I am a teacher and also studying for a Masters, so pretty busy life style! Time off is spent with my dog, relaxing, walking, camping and making art.

I am vegan so would prefer either vegan/vegetarian if possible!

Student discount available if exempt from paying council tax.

I would also consider Monday-Friday lets for a reduced cost, for those working away from home.
