Lovely Double room for let in Fulford

Hi! We are a house of three girls, all students at University of York, looking for a housemate for our super cute house in fulford ( 2minutes from co-op, easy walk to uni and into town). We are a friendly and chilled out house, and are lucky to have a fantastic landlord (who we'd be more than happy to get you in touch with).

We enjoy telly, baking and chatting but each have our own varied interests too. The rooms are all equal size and the bathroom and lounge are both decent sized. We also have a newly fitted kitchen, which we're rather proud of!

The rooms are non smoking but smoking outside the house is fine. We also have great secure outside storage, for any bikes, sports equipment etc

Any potential housemate would have to be a full time student for the 2015/16 academic year.
