Double room in quiet street nr York hospital

Fairly large furnished double room available with bags of wardrobe/storage space in a quiet street, 5/10 mins walk from York Hospital and 20 mins to York town centre.

I am a 32yr old single male, who enjoys all the typical stuff (gym, pub, live music, films etc), and i'm just starting to get into cooking on a very basic level but the end result is pretty decent! I am sociable but also respectful of other peoples privacy. My days of mid-week drinking are pretty much over so not looking for anyone too crazy! I am looking for someone friendly, trustworthy, clean and considerate to share my home with. I don't mind sharing with males or females, but would like someone I can have a drink and a laugh with, maybe cook the odd meal for each other.

All bills are included and you would have shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, garden and living area. Off road parking is available and if you have a bike I can probably find somewhere to store that aswell.

Should also mention I have a very friendly (fat) house cat who is no bother at all, she eats and sleeps and that's about it! If none of the above has put you off, get in touch :)
