Spacious room in shared house - £380 inc bills

Good Size room available, which comes furnished. Big enough for a double bed if you have your own, but furnished with a single.

The house as a whole is great: large kitchen, living room and downstairs bathroom. It's well furnished and has a small, safe back yard perfect for storing bikes. It's close to town too, you can be in the city centre in minutes and we have lovely Minster views. The house, in our opinion, is a real gem and a bit of a bargain as the total rent including all bills, internet and TV licence and Council Tax is £380 with a £266 deposit.

There is on street parking although this is permitted and would be an additional extra cost.

Looking for mid-late 20s/early 30s professional, we're easy going, friendly and like a laugh and do use the communal spaces to catch up with each other but equally respect each others space. We'd like to find a like minded housemate, who'll chip in with the cleaning, recycling and that kind of stuff so please tell us a bit about yourself. No smokers, students or pets, thanks.
