House in good location for town and universities
Nice 3 bedroom property in York, close to town and good for either York St John or Uni of York. We are both second year university students at University of York, looking to extend our let for 3rd year, but one of our housemates will be on placement - so his room is available from July. (06/07/2015).
The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room (with large SMART TV), and a back yard with bike shed. There is a fairly direct cyclepath to the university of York.
Rent is 70 per week + bills. We estimate based on current usage that the bills are £50 per month (£12. 5 per week).
As we are looking to extend the let you'll need to be able to sign the tenancy agreement with the letting agency and put down a deposit in early Feb. The letting agent is Sinclair's, highly regarded for student properties in York.
