Double Room in Shared House Available, YO24 3FE

Currently living here is myself (Adam, 21) and Daniel, 23. We're pretty laid back and would be looking for someone that doesn't take life too seriously, be it Male or Female, to come and live in our home. We both work full time so it's fairly quiet mostly but we do, very occasionally, have friends around for a couple of drinks/games, which you would be more than welcome to join in with.
We have a double room spare and we are now looking for a third person to fill it. It is a 3 story house and the bedroom been offered is on the top floor. Also on the top floor is the toilet and shower room, so apart from when one of us is using the shower, this would exclusively be yours. There are 3 toilets, one on each floor, a bath and a shower. The price of the room would be £320pcm, which includes all bills apart from electric, which we take turns to get each Month (~£40 every third month). We have Sky+ TV, with basic channels and the entertainment extra package, as well as Sky Fibre Optic 40mb broadband which you would have full access to. The house gives very easy access to the A64 and Ring Road, as well as there been a #4 bus stop less than 1 minute walk away that will take you into town and further. It is a double driveway so off-street parking is available, and there is a rear garden which is mostly decked, with a bbq and table and chairs for summer time. The deposit is £300 and we would like someone long term (6 months+), as your name would be going on the tenancy agreement.
The bedroom is down as ‘Furnished’, but if you do have your own bed etc, that isn't a problem as the bed and drawers in here can be stored elsewhere because originally the house was unfurnished.
