House share just outside City wall, available now!

I have a room to let in a terraced house on Farrar Street, just off Lawrence Street, York. 10 minutes walk from the city centre with on street parking. It has good access onto the A1079 and A64. The accommodation comprises; entrance hall, front room/double bedroom, lounge and kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine, front bedroom and single back bedroom and a large first floor bathroom with a shower over bath.

The house is part furnished, you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture.

I have two rooms for you to choose from, the single bedroom upstairs at the back of the house or the front room/double bedroom on the ground floor. The house also benefits from an enclosed rear yard, gas central heating and double glazing.

I'm a 29 year old friendly professional female with two affectionate indoor cats. I am looking for a professional female house mate of around the same age who is respectful, clean, tidy and responsible about looking after the house and paying rent and bills (everything is split 50/50). Also I would prefer to let it long term. I don’t mind smokers but the house is no smoking so you will need to go outside - sorry!

Rent is £450 pcm – all bills included (council tax, Gas and electric, water, TV license, home phone and broadband).
