Beautiful Post-Grad Double Room - The Crest

As said in the title, this is a really nice room in a remarkably lovely house, the sort that students aren't usually able to live in. This is no grotty student dig!

I'm really disappointed to have to move out, but I will no longer be a student next year and a perfect room has come up for me to move into immediately. The other housemates are all friendly and easy to get along with. Whether you're more sociable or quiet, this room suits either: it's located in a quiet part of the house, but the communal areas are really exceptional. There is a garden surrounded by trees, great for picnics or bbqs in the summer - we have even been known to have pheasants sat in the trees. It's really quite picturesque. Out the front through my bedroom window is a view from the highest point in York through a large bay window that lets in plenty of light.

There's ample storage space in the bedroom, the building is well heated, there is wi-fi throughout, a very large television in the living area, a conservatory leading through to the garden, insurance is included (as are all bills) and there are cleaners who do the communal areas on a weekly basis.
