Lovely double bedroom in 4 bed shared house

Hello! This is a lovely ground floor double room in a shared house, about a mile from York St. John university and the same distance from the University of York campus. The city centre is a 10 minute bike ride away.

The room has two large windows and looks out on our front garden and a big oak tree. It's got a double bed with a decent mattress and is furnished with a bed-side table, a chest of drawers, a table, a charming chair and a free-standing wardrobe.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a washer-dryer, fridge, separate freezer unit, microwave, rice cooker, electric oven and ample storage space. There is one bathroom and I seldom wait to use it. It has a sink, loo, shower and bath.

I'm a PhD student at York, about to move south for a research placement. The room is available from the middle of March (the 14th) until late September (the 24th). I would prefer someone who wanted the property for the majority of this time, but am open to all offers. I share with three other people, two male graduate students and a female young professional. We are all in our early-mid twenties.

The cost of utilities is £11 a week and the bills are paid through one of my other housemates. The utilities are not billed by meter, so this £11 is a flat rate.
