£300 a month including Water, Broadband and council tax.
The house is available from now and the tenancy will run out on the 22nd of July.
The room is of a very good size with wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table. the room also offers plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, microwave, kettle electric oven, fridge and seperate freezer.
The housemates are two laid back lads who have recently graduated from YSJ.
