The offered bedroom (£325) has a full sized double bed, a desk with 3 drawers, a large wardrobe, and a bed side table with three drawers. This room will be available for a minimum term of 3 months and is available long term.

The room is in a spacious three bedroom house. The property is located in tang hall, close to parade of shops, roughly 15 minutes walk to the University of York, and a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. The house was recently renovated with a new carpets, bed room furniture, a new kitchen, and up stairs bathroom. The house has a large garden, and a secure shed if you own a bike. There is also fibre optic broadband and sky+ tv.

The house has two post graduate occupants: one studying post graduate nursing; and one studying a in PhD Physics (whom is a live in landlord). Both occupants are very socialable and enjoy doing things as a household, but they also respect each others space. With the house being recently renovated everything is in good working order, but should something go wrong the landlord is always close by.

We are ideally looking for another postgraduate student who is both socialable and outgoing but respects the working commitments of others.
