Lovely graduate house for next year

It’s a really gorgeous old house with lots of character near the centre of York. Very close to the station and town, and a bike ride to the university. Has a really nice dining room, living room and kitchen, all of which are fully furnished. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower and toilet. There is also a little patio outside which has some garden furniture.

There are two rooms available. The first is on the top floor, with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. This one is not so large, but feels cosy not cramped, and pays the reduced rent of £317. The second room is on the first floor and is very large, It has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of additional space. Its rent is £342 a month.

Two of the current tenants staying on for next year. We are both PhD students, and are friendly and enjoy doing things together as a house, but we also think it’s important that the house is somewhere you can always work in.
