Attic room furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, easy chair, desk, chair and TV aerial point.

The room has been recently decorated and most furniture is new from IKEA. There is a good sized dining kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine.

There is no communal sitting room. There is no parking available at the property. Free on street parking is available 10 minutes walk away.

Rent includes council tax, electricity, water, TV licence and wireless broadband. There is no gas, cable, satellite or landline phone.

Rent must be paid monthly in advance. An employer reference is required.

Ideally we would like a female non smoker in full time employment looking to stay for 6 months or longer. We are flexible on age.
