Single in a cozy 2BR house, 12 min walk to Uni

I am a student at University of York finishing my MSc in September and I am looking for someone to take my place. The house is a well-furnished semi-detached just next to Co-operative Food and very close to the university campus.

The other housemate is a 2nd year male PhD student in the Chemistry department and is a very tidy and considerate person. Other grad students would be preferred.

House features:
- fully furnished with all kitchenware, large fridge and freezer, gas range.
- Gas heating
- TV + speakers in a shared living room. Very sunny during the day owing to large windows. A sofa that can be used as a single bed.
- A quiet neighbourhood.
- A small garden (perfect for barbecues).
- A shed to keep bicycles in
- Parking space

One of the bedrooms is single, the second one is double. The single one is available.

What we require:
- two references
- 12 month lease (1st October 2015 - 30th September 2016)
