Flatmate Wanted :)

I am currently looking for someone to move into my rented house in Boroughbridge as my current flatmate is having to move out.

Town House in a cul de sac location on the popular development on the south side of the Town offering very well presented accommodation with a driveway and free off street parking. It has both front and back garden (with a gardener who comes to maintain it each month!) It is located very near to morrisons and accessible to the A1 (M).

I am a professional myself therefore would want someone the same. I don't mind whether male or female. I am friendly, bubbily and outgoing looking for a similar minded flatmate to share the house with. ( you must be clean and tidy to live with !!)

The room can be available within the next few weeks or sooner if needed. Any interests welcome to come and meet me to show you round.
