Great location: less than 15 min walk (/ 5 min cycle) to UoY, town and York St Johns. Also opposite One Stop with another convenience store less than 1 min walk down the road.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, shelving unit, desk and large chest of drawers. It has two large windows, so gets lots of natural light, and has very high ceilings so feels particularly light and airy.

In addition to the bedroom, there is a large lounge with enough seating for ten and a new large TV. The kitchen was recently refurbished, has plenty of storage, a dining table, two new cookers and three fridge-freezers. White appliances are in the utility room (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.)

It is a nine people house, the existing tenants are four males, four females. There are three bathrooms, this room shares with two others (tidy males). This too has plenty of storage.

The garden has space for bike storage and a chain to lock them to.

The property looks much better than it looks in the pictures, I am currently working in London am unable to go back to take pictures for now so am using the pictures I already have. For each room, there is a lot of space not captured in the photos.
