The room is £450 pcm (bills are not included). A minimum 6 months contract is required.

The apartment is light and bright, with solid wood floors with underfloor heating and double glazing.

There is an open plan reception room with modern kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine.

I prefer a professional person with active interests. I am working full-time and spend many evenings and weekends out of the flat playing sport, hiking or travelling so I enjoy a quiet evenings at home. I am outgoing and tidy.
