Large room with comfy chair, tv etc. Wifi. Household has 2 friendly but boisterous dogs. Shared large kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom would just be shared with 1 other Ukrainian lodger, so we are looking for female. Washing of clothes is included in rent. About 20 mins walk from city centre. On bus route to Uni. Space for car or bike shed available. Owners are self employed Jeweller & Potter. Extra guests are occasionally welcome, but a charge of £10 per night is made. Reference required.
