Furnished, double room near York city centre

We have one room going in our gorgeous old house with lots of character near the centre of York (Y030). Very close to the station and town, and a bike ride to the university. Has a really nice dining room, living room and kitchen, all of which are fully furnished. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower and toilet, and a separate little toilet. There is also a little patio outside which has some garden furniture.

There is one room available in the house. It is on the first floor and is very large, with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of additional space. The rent is £342.5 a month and bills are approximately £40.

Three of the current tenants are staying on, two are PhD students and one is a masters student. We are friendly and enjoy doing things together as a house, but we also think it’s important that the house is somewhere you can always work in. We are looking for preferably a graduate student who will fit in. The room is available from November until July. Please do get in touch!
