Large room near the center
I'm looking for somebody to take over my room from the 1st of January. The house has three rooms and the one that it's renting is a big double, clean and well furnished.
The house is really near of the city centre, 8min. walking, 10min. to the hospital and 7min. to the train station. It has a living dining room, one bathroom , one WC outside in the patio, a large larder and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a gas stove, a kettle, etc.
The rent is £250, bills excluded. The bills vary between £90 and £120, depending the heating. The deposit is £250 and the agency fees are £180.
The other two housemates are nice and clean (two professional).
