**Room is now reserved**

Part or fully furnished double room available from mid october for tidy female or male professional. I would be very happy to consider short term lets, and Mon-Fri only lets.

I have an en suite bathroom, so the downstairs bathroom goes with the advertised room.

I like antiques, socialising, reading, watching tv, listening to music, the pub. If you like any or all of those things, please get in touch to arrange a chat and a viewing.

Work a lot both for other people and myself, like to be busy. Left leaning and everything that goes with it : )

Please note:
I spend quite a bit of time at my boyfriend's house round the corner, so I'm out quite a lot.

I am reasonably tidy, although not ridiculously so, and I expect housemates to do their fair share of the cleaning, not just their own room but shared areas too!

I've said no to pets, but I do like them, so if you have a cat or small dog and like the sound of my place, don't let it put you off.

The house is no smoking, but I have a very sunny and sheltered courtyard garden that you are welcome to use if you are a smoker.
