Two Double Rooms Available

We are pleased to offer two Double Rooms, with immediate occupancy, in our nicely furnished/decorated house situated within easy access of York city centre.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with off-street parking the house is just a 5 minute walk away from the local pub, shops, takeaways, pharmacy, supermarket and other amenities including a gym (Energise) complete with pool. Easy cycle into town with buses running every 10 minutes from the end of the street.

Both rooms are furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

The bathroom consists of bath with overhead shower and sink. The toilet is separate.

There is a well equipped kitchen fitted with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils are provided.

Off the kitchen is a comfortable lounge with sofas, nest of tables, tv, dvd, video and to the side is a dining area with table and chairs.

There is a lovely small landscaped garden to the rear of the house and the kitchen leads on to a large covered pagoda with table and chairs - great for BBQ's! Also provided is a good secure storage shed which is ideal for bikes. An additional brick locked storage room is located at the front.

The house has just been re-decorated following the departure of our two last tenants and is available for immediate occupation.

Monthly rental includes water, TV and broadband. Gas and electric are split between occupants via pre-payment meters and Council Tax costs are shared if applicable (Students are exempt).

We like to keep the house as tidy, clean and homely as possible and are looking for like minded tenants who wish to share and respect the property, whilst feeling at home.
