New Build Double En-Suite

Hi i've newly moved into a new build and am looking for a lodger housemate - you will be the first to live in the room.

The new build finished in January this year at castle fields and looks out towards wicksteed park. Situated in the quiet part of kettering all amenities are close by and easy to get to the town centre / train station / A14.

Room is fully furnished with a spacious en-suite with shower. House is clean and tidy and decorated to a modern style with a shared kitchen and living room. You will have your own parking space to the front of the house and the garden has a patio area and shed. All bills are inclusive including TV & broadband.

I have a young house cat who will wander around and will want to play, so you will need to be ok with animals.

I'm 27 and work full time i'm friendly and sociable looking for someone like-minded.
I expect you to be clean, tidy and responsible. Must be working/Edu.

Smoking is fine as long as you are respectful and do it outside.
