Lovely spacious garden with decked seating area, parking available on road, space in garage for cycles, motorbike, storage possible. Good village pub, chippy and local shops. GP/dentist in Mawsley, close by. Lovely countryside walks. Broughton is close to A14 and Kettering rail station (3 miles), and on the Northampton-Kettering bus route. Live-in landlord and one (friendly)cat. Professional single person only, non-smoker (essential), preferably female. Must be clean and tidy, cook own meals etc - preferably vegetarian, but not essential. Must have checkable references.
