Detached 4 bedroom large house in Bugbrooke. Ideal for access to M1 (5 mins to Junc16), Northampton Train Station (10 mins) with regular bus service on doorstop to Northampton or Daventry. The village has a small selection of shops, 3 pubs, hairdressers and health centre.

I am sociable and love going out to watch live bands but when I am at home love to read or just chill and watch TV.

There is no off street parking at the property but there is always space on the Street. Housemates will have use of the large garden and patio. The shared lounge has Smart TV, wifi through out and plenty of seating with an additional dining area. The kitchen has electric fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave with large dining table. Each housemate has own fridge but shared freezer. The Utility room has washing machine and tumble drier for your use. There is one bathroom upstairs with shower, another shower room and toilet downstairs.

Room has a comfy double bed, large double wardrobe, drawers, TV.

I am looking for housemates like me who are tidy, clean, respectful of others space and privacy but like a laugh and a chat with the odd glass of wine. A reduced rate could be offered for Mon-Friday lets. Available for viewings immediately
