A large furnished single room in a two bed semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Lloyds estate. Room comes furnished with single bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. Bookshelf also available if required. 5 minute walk to local shops and amenities and not far from town centre. Bus stop at end of road. Also close to train station (10 mins drive/20 mins walk).
To share with single professional female. I work Monday to Friday 9-5. I also have a dog and cat (which are friendly).
There is a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen, but also has conservatory which can be used as second living space. Basic Sky TV and broadband
