Generous double room within a 3-bed house with live-in landlord available for rent.

Short/medium/long term/Monday-Friday tenancies all considered. One person only please. No couples or room-shares but on a short term basis I will consider two people (e. g. contractors who want to stay together but in separate rooms) as I also have a furnished single room available.

The house is walkable to the town centre, Morrisons & Oakley Vale shops. 5 min drive to Corby Town Centre, 10-15 min drive to Corby industrial estates & Kettering/A14.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table & has a TV point with Freeview.

The kitchen/diner has a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, large range cooker and dining table.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

£350 per calendar month including bills which includes all utilities, Council Tax, wireless internet & Sky+ HD TV (with Sky Sports HD) in the living room . Discount for Monday-Friday tenancies.

I am a professional who works office hours Mon-Fri.

Parking is on-street when wet and on the grass outside when dry.

No children/pets and smoking outside only.
