I have a furnished double room to rent on the Oakley Vale estate on the outskirts of Corby. I own the property and have 2 other flatmates.
The room is funished with double bed, and usual bedroom furniture. I am gay so are the other flatmates, therefore being gay friendly is essential.
We are all clean, tidy and quiet professionals and expect the same.
Rent is 325 per month inclusive of all bills including wireless broadband, but excludes the phone.
Unfortunately I cannot accomodate couples and would prefer a single housemate.
