I am looking for a professional person to make use of the spare room in my house . I am a 40 something professional myself. The house is clean and comfortable . The bathroom would be shared and there is a shower over the bath . There is also a downstairs loo .
The gardens is tidy and has areas to sit in . I don't mind if you smoke but you must do it outside .
There is ample parking .
