Full bills (including oil powered central heating, council tax, electricity, water, sky fibre optic broadband and TV) are approximately 160 GBP per month.
Deposit is £500 and £90 for credit reference fee which the current 3 tenants had to pay aswell.
The large double room with ensuite which is part furnished with spacious built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. If desired a bed frame & memory foam mattress can be supplied upon request. This bedroom overlooks the front garden and driveway
