Hi - it's a 1 bedroom semi-detached house with a little garden so not much maintenance :) and parking for 2 cars. Located on the popular Ashby Fields estate, it's just down the road from the Country Park and a few minutes walk to the local shops, pub and surgery, and a few miles to the M1.
I'm renting it out purely as I've moved location/work, and I'm essentially looking for someone who will look after the place.
It's part furnished - well, everything apart from a living room suite. Also, a new boiler was fitted recently along with wall cavity insulation, so nice and toasty and economical for the winter (bills not included in rental).
