The overall cost can be negotiable but this includes rent, council tax, gas, electricity and water plus broadband. Close to shops and other amenities. Garden with small patio area. Looking for someone who is easy going, reliable and happy to see 3 children, all very well behaved, on alternate weekends. We try to have time out when they are here so you wouldn't be bothered by them. I work alternating day shifts but always happy to chat when home watch movies or a good series on TV.
