Two very nice, modern rooms in lovely semi-detached house on Muscott Lane (2 miles to town centre). Both bedrooms (one single at £430pm and one double at £500pm, payable monthly in advance) are fully furnished , nicely decorated, clean , warm and bright, with radiators and double glazing. Both have TVs connected to Freeview TV (the double room has a 27 inch TV, the single a 15 inch TV)Superb shared facilities include lounge/diner, kitchen, and all mod cons, including wireless broadband and Freeview TV (TV points in all rooms) preferably professional (non-smokers) only please.
I'm a pretty easy-going landlord and looking for a sociable person, preferably from outside Northampton, who will be using the house as a base from Monday to Friday only (or possibly late Sunday evening to Friday), and have a permanent residence elsewhere. This usually suits someone driving to Northampton to do contract work say, then returning to their family home on Friday.

The house is on a very quiet residential street in Duston Village, with ample off-street parking. Duston Village itself has lots of facilities 5 mins walk away including a Co-op, two pubs, local restaurants, takeaways and a cash-point. !10 mins walk and you are at Sixfields which has a range of retailers and facilities, including a large Sainsburys, Lidl, M & S Food, Cineworld cinema , a multitude of chain restaurants, Nuffield gym and Cobblers Football stadium.
