We have two double bedrooms available in our lovely, warm, 4 bedroom detached house. The house is situated in a quiet estate in Old Duston, very close to all local amenities - every requirement covered in a short radius, local public transport links to Northampton Town Centre and also minutes from the M1 at Junction 16.

These bedrooms are furnished double rooms, without en-suite but shared use of the main bathroom which you can see above is light and airy and always tidy.

In addition to this there is a shared kitchen complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, and American style fridge freezer. The house also boasts a cozy living room for relaxing and a dining room for dinner parties and entertaining guests.

The garden is perfect in the summer time, being just the right size for relaxing in and being able to have to odd barbecue here and there as well. The house also boasts a large drive at the front as well so there is ample space for tenants to park cars securely.

The monthly rent(s) for these rooms based on single occupancy are inclusive of all bills and are as follows;

Bedroom 1 - £600 pcm

Bedroom 2 - £525 pcm

A deposit of 1 calendar month's rent is payable at the start of the tenancy and successful candidates will be required to provide photographic ID and documentation which illustrates eligibility to live and work in the UK
