A large, well presented double room is available in a New Build House located in Duston, Northampton.

It is a decorated and furnished house, close to local Duston amenities as well as transport links.

The house and living areas are decorated to a high standard and throughout.

It comprises a modern Kitchen with breakfast bar;
Large living room with TV, HiFi and very comfy lounges.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and a chest-of-drawers. The room has its own (non-shared) bathroom with shower and is finished to a high specification.

There is a good sized private garden with furniture and BBQ for when the weather gets warmer
It also has off-road parking.

I am a live-in landlord who begins work early, and often works late. I split my time away from the house to be with my girlfriend.
So I'm not always about during the week. When I am, I’ll be found with a coffee, and a good book or NetFlix binge.

The house is not let to anyone else, so I am looking for a responsible, respectful, tidy and considerate person to share my home with.

All bills are included, with WiFi, TV (with on-demand).

Full-time professionals only, and no couples (sorry!).
