Lovely double room in Victorian Terraced House
Hello there, I am currently looking rent out a double room in my 3 bedroom house.
I currently live their with two lodgers (who are a couple) who will be moving out at the end of July to re-locate.
It is a lovely double room, and the house also has a spare room which my friends currently use as an office and I use to store extra clothes! I am looking for someone who would like to be sociable, and sometimes eat with me in the evenings. I am looking for it to be a friendly enviroment rather than just a stranger in my house. The house is decorated in a Victorian style and has tradition fixtures and fittings (ceiling roses, fireplaces and chandeliers etc). I also have a modest garden which is lovely in the summer.
