Lovely large double room to let in clean home.

Hello, Thank you for looking over my advert, My name is Mike and we are looking for a professional male or female who is seeking a large double room to let.

Finding somewhere you can call home, somewhere to relax and enjoy living can be difficult. Hopefully reading my advert can assure you there are nice places to live. I have heard horror stories of where some people have lived and I strive to ensure my home is a nice place to live.

This is my spare double bedroom, It's very clean, tidy & much Larger than your average double room which you sometimes see advertised. It's recently had new carpet and painted in the last 6 months.
Broadband / Free view TV, WI-FI connection also included. Large double wardrobe with storage space above as can been seen in the images and there is also a single size wardrobe for storage also built in.

The room comes unfurnished with plenty of space for a double bed which you can walk round and still have room for chest of drawers etc.

A clean and tidy shared home. Large Shared bathroom ( Brand New ) The bathroom comes with a bath, electric shower. Toilet and sink. The bathroom is shared between all and this works very well with people working different shift patterns.

Kitchen / dining area. The Kitchen is a kitchen diner, Separate large eating bar area, Sky TV, Washing machine, Oven, kettle, Micro wave etc. Everything you need but feel free to bring your own accessories. I'm currently decorating the conservatory which will become a nice lounge area. Large patio area with out door table and chairs perfect for summer weather coming.

Smoking is not allowed in my house at all but you can smoke outside if your a smoker as do other house mates.

My current house mate is moving out by the 19th of June going to Australia to travel, I would like to clean before available for someone to move in but viewings are possible before.

Off road parking on the drive is also available, We are local to town and 2 mins walk from the main bus route. A local shop close by and Tescos is just 2 minutes drive away.

Nice quiet area, clean and tidy house with 4 clean professional adults. working full time hours and one only stays 1 night a week due to other commitments elsewhere. I'm regular at the gym so plenty of free house time too. Ideal for someone who is busy but somewhere to chill and relax when required with nice company.

I'm in live in landlord but a very relaxed and easy going one, But I don't do time wasters at all and I really like to see a profile on here if possible. Please don't waste my time or yours if your a young party goer, Not interested, if you want a house to party in, Not interested.

I'm looking for a professional person that wants to be in a nice home surrounded by nice people who generally live their own lives. Going out, having fun but knowing it's a nice, safe place to come home to that's private and quiet overall.
